Recently, ZHGAS signed a contract with Jining Qing Ying Gas Co., Ltd. for the feed gas transformation and upgrade project in Jining New Materials Industrial Park. This signing marks the official commencement of in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the fields of clean energy technology and industrial upgrading.

The project is located in Jining New Materials Industrial Park in Jinxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province. It plans to build a 50,000 Nm3/h circulating fluidized bed clean coal gasification system, which will provide a stable and clean feed gas source for the downstream industries in the park. Upon completion, the project will effectively improve the quality of feed gas supply and environmental standards in the park, significantly promoting the optimization of the regional energy structure and green transformation. This signing further solidifies ZHGAS's technological leadership and market advantage in the field of syngas not only in Shandong Province but also nationwide.


As the core technical support for the project, the CGAS circulating fluidized bed coal gasification technology, known for its economic viability, significant energy savings, and environmental friendliness, is becoming the preferred solution for enhancing the quality and efficiency of feed gas systems on a medium and small scale. This technology possesses the following outstanding advantages:

  • High Efficiency and Low Consumption: The unique design, featuring a same-diameter upper and lower gasifier combined with a large cyclone separator, enables full circulation of high-temperature materials, thereby enhancing both carbon conversion rate and gas production efficiency. 

  • Flexibility and Stability: It allows for quick start-up within 30 minutes (from a hot standby state) and boasts a high degree of automation, ensuring production continuity. 

  • .Extensive Coal Applicability: The technology is compatible with a wide range of coals, from lignite to anthracite, including low-quality "three-high" coal and pulverized coal, allowing customers flexible coal selection to reduce costs. 

  • Leading Energy Efficiency: Utilizing technologies such as high-temperature preheating and waste heat recovery, the system's energy efficiency and carbon conversion rate lead the industry. 

  • Zero Waste Discharge: The process  generates no tar, no phenols, and no wastewater, employing solid slag discharge and dry ash removal, ensuring compliance with environmental  standards without concerns.
